1/2 cup sliced peperoncini peppers or banana peppers
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup sweet bell pepper, sliced
Pre-heat oven to 425° F. Then, brown and crumble Italian sausage over medium heat. Drain on paper towel covered plate and allow to cool.
In a small bowl, combine alfredo sauce and pasta sauce until blended.
Fill a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish halfway full with tortilla chips. Top with half of crumbled sausage and half of the quartered pepperoni slices. Pour half of the alfredo & red sauce mixture over top. Then, top with half of the sliced olives, hot peppers, and sweet peppers, plus half of the shredded cheese.
Fill the rest of the skillet with tortilla chips and top with all remaining toppings, cheese, and sauce. Place in the oven for 5-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
