- 16 oz package Sugardale Cubed Ham
- Premade flatbread or pizza crust
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- ½ cup roasted red pepper strips
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 handful baby arugula
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Place flatbread on a greased sheet pan and brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Using the back of a spoon, spread sour cream mixture over flatbread, leaving a 1-inch border all around. Sprinkle mozzarella over sour cream.
- Layer pepperoncini, roasted peppers, red onion, and ham evenly over cheese. Bake, rotating pan halfway through, until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted and browned in spots, about 12-15 minutes.
- Scatter arugula and basil over hot flatbread, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve.
