Ingredients
- ½ lb. Sugardale Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 lbs. cauliflower florets, steamed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the cheese, cauliflower, bacon and chives until evenly distributed.
- Spread mixture into a greased cast iron skillet and bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Top with additional chives and serve warm.
