Ingredients
- 1 Sugardale semi-boneless ham
- 1 - 10 oz. jar apple jelly
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
Directions
- Heat oven to 325°.
- Lightly score surface of ham, cover with aluminum foil and place in oven and bake 10-15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 130°.
- Combine jelly, lemon juice and apple pie spice in small saucepan. Heat, stirring until jelly melts and glaze is smooth.
- Uncover ham and spoon glaze over ham during the last 30 minutes of heating time.
