Bacon Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sugardale bacon
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup ranch
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the bacon on to the prepared baking sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
  2. While the bacon cooks, combine chicken, hot sauce, ranch, cream cheese and ½ cup of the shredded cheese in a bowl.
  3. Once the bacon is done, chop. Stir in half of the chopped bacon. Place into a baking dish. Top with remaining bacon.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until dip is warmed through and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
