- 1 package Sugardale Ready Bacon®
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 slices green leaf lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. mayo
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- Salt & pepper
- Prepare Sugardale Ready Bacon® according to package instructions. Meanwhile, preheat a large frying pan or griddle to medium heat.
- Butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the opposite side, place two slices of American cheese and 4-6 slices of Sugardale Ready Bacon®. Place in frying pan buttered side down and cook until cheese begins to melt. Cook top slices of bread separately in pan.
- Once cheese has melted and bread is browned, top with 2 slices of lettuce, 2-3 slices of tomato, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and 1 Tbsp. of mayo. Place top slice of bread on sandwich and serve immediately.
