Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sugardale Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 lb. pasta
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ oz. ranch seasoning
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ medium red onion, diced
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
Directions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the container. Drain and let cool.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk and ranch seasoning.
- In a large bowl assemble the pasta, tomatoes, cheese, red onion, lettuce and bacon.
- Pour the dressing over and toss to combine. Serve.
