BLT Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 slices Sugardale pre-cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 3 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crostini or chips

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Mix in salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture into a small, flat bottomed dish (like an 8” pie pan). Chill until ready to serve.
  3. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and green onions.
  4. Serve immediately with crostini or chips for dipping.
