Cinnamon Sugar Pecans and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1lb. Sugardale Bacon, chopped1lb. Pecans1tsp vanilla extract6 tbsp. sugar3 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a baking tray with foil and cook bacon for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Reserve Bacon Grease.
  3. While bacon cooks, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  4. Place pecans into a bowl and pour bacon grease over top. Mix until coated.
  5. Add in the cinnamon sugar mixture and evenly coat pecans.
  6. Spread pecans out in a single layer on baking sheet.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  8. Remove pecans and combine with chopped bacon. Serve.
