Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Sugardale Hot Dogs
  • 1 8.5 oz. box corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each hot dog into ¼ inch pieces.
  2. Combine muffin mix, egg and milk in a bowl and stir.
  3. Place a few pieces of hot dogs in the bottom of a greased muffin tin. Pour the batter into each cup and top with a few more pieces of hot dog, pushing them in gently.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve.
