- 1 jar marinara
- 1 box pasta
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 package Sugardale Uncured Salami, sliced
- 1 zucchini, cut into ¼ inch moons
- ½ cup parmesan cheese.
- Salt + pepper
- Pour ½ cup of marinara at the bottom of a crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the remaining marinara and uncooked pasta.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the zucchini and slice the salami into strips.
- Put half of the pasta mixture into the crock pot, top with half of the cheese. Place salami strips on top of cheese. Layer on remaining pasta, and then remaining cheese. Top with extra salami if desired.
- Cook on low for 2 hours.
- Serve.
