- 1 Sugardale Semi-Boneless or Spiral Sliced Ham
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- Salt
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- To begin preparing the glaze in a medium saucepan, heat the butter until melted. Add the garlic, Dijon, honey, brown sugar and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-high. Cook glaze until it begins to reduce to a slightly syrupy consistency.
- Remove from heat, glaze will continue to thicken upon standing.
- Place ham in a shallow baking dish and brush with half of the glaze.
- Add ¼ cup of water to the bottom of the baking dish and place in oven.
- Bake ham for approximately 15 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 130°F, and brush with remainder of glaze halfway through baking.
- Remove ham from oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
