Ingredients
- 1 Sugardale Ham Steak
- 6 slider buns
- 3 slices swiss cheese
- Sliced pineapple
- Dijon mustard
Directions
- Heat large skillet or grill to medium heat. Cook ham steaks about 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully heated.
- Add pineapple to the grill and allow to cook for about 1 minute on each side.
- Cut ham steak into 2-inch squares and place on slider buns.
- Top each slider with swiss cheese, pineapple, and Dijon mustard. Serve immediately.
