Hot Dog Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sugardale Hot Dogs, sliced
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup jalapenos
  • ¼ cup pickle relish
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ medium red onion, diced
  • ½ cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Cook the hot dog slices in a skillet over medium heat. Turning occasionally until slightly browned, about 5-8 minutes.
  2. Place nacho chips on a large plate. Top with nacho cheese sauce, jalapenos, relish, tomato, red onion and hot dog slices.
  3. Top sour cream and serve immediately.
