- 1 lb. Sugardale Uncured Hot Dogs, cut into 1-inch slices
- 1 lb. red potatoes, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hot dogs, potatoes, and vegetables on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle the olive oil over top, and add the garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper to the pan.
- Toss everything together until coated and spread evenly on the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing once at 15 minutes. Serve warm.
