Maple Bacon Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sugardale Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups Bisquick Pancake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp. grade A maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix the pancake mix, eggs, milk, syrup and half of the bacon together in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased sheet pan and sprinkle the rest of the bacon over the top.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
