Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sugardale Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups Bisquick Pancake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp. grade A maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix the pancake mix, eggs, milk, syrup and half of the bacon together in a large bowl.
- Pour the batter into a greased sheet pan and sprinkle the rest of the bacon over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the center is set.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
