- 1 Sugardale Semi-Boneless Ham2 tbsp. Dijon mustard2 tsp. ground clove1 bottle Great Lakes Brewing Company Christmas Ale¾ cup maple syrup2 Oranges, sliced
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Combine Dijon mustard, clove, Christmas Ale, and Maple syrup.
- Place ham in a shallow baking dish and brush with mustard mixture.
- Add the remaining mixture into the bottom of the dish along with orange slices and place in oven.
- Bake ham at 325° for approximately 10 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 120°F.
- Remove ham from oven, and allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve with fresh orange garnish.
