Maple Beer-Braised Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 Sugardale Semi-Boneless Ham2 tbsp. Dijon mustard2 tsp. ground clove1 bottle Great Lakes Brewing Company Christmas Ale¾ cup maple syrup2 Oranges, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine Dijon mustard, clove, Christmas Ale, and Maple syrup.
  3. Place ham in a shallow baking dish and brush with mustard mixture.
  4. Add the remaining mixture into the bottom of the dish along with orange slices and place in oven.
  5. Bake ham at 325° for approximately 10 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 120°F.
  6. Remove ham from oven, and allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve with fresh orange garnish.
