Ingredients
- 1 Sugardale ham roast
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
Directions
- In a small bowl stir together maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, garlic and mustard.
- Grill Sugardale ham roast for 7-9 minutes on each side or to an internal temperature of 160°. Brush both sides with glaze during last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove Sugardale ham roast from grill and brush with remaining glaze.
