Ingredients
- 4 oz. Sugardale Pepperoni
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll out the dough into a 9 in. x 12 in. rectangle on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cut 12 one-inch strips, 3 inches deep along the long edges of the dough.
- Spread the pizza sauce in the center of the strips then layer with cheese and pepperoni.
- Starting at the bottom, twist each strip and fold over the pepperoni pressing down on the overlapping pieces of dough to seal.
- Once all of the strips are folded over, gently curve the top end of the dough to create the candy cane shape.
- Bake until golden brown, 30-45 minutes.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce.
