Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugardale pepperoni, cut in 4
- 1 pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl whisk the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the pepperoni, mozzarella, and basil and pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 – 55 minutes or until the center is set.
- Top with more cheese and serve.
