Ingredients
- 1 can store-bought pizza dough
- 8 – 10 pieces string cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Sugardale pepperoni
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Open the can of pizza crust and press onto a medium sized baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray until a thin rectangle is formed.
- Wrap the string cheese in Sugardale Pepperoni. About 3-5 slices per string cheese.
- Lay the string cheese around the border of the dough, about 1 1/2” from the edges. Trim the string cheese if any pieces overlap.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the string cheese toward the center and press down to seal.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Top with Sugardale pepperoni.
- Brush the edges of the crust with the olive oil before baking.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or as directed on pizza dough package.
- Allow to cool a few minutes before slicing and serving.
