- 1 lb. Sugardale Hot Dogs
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz. jar of pimentos
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 hot dog buns
- In a large bowl, add the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, garlic powder, and onion powder. Using a spoon, fold the cheese mixture until smooth.
- Heat grill to medium to medium-high heat. When grill is heated, place hot dogs on grill. Grill to preferred doneness.
- When hot dogs are done, spread the pimento cheese on the sides of the buns. Place the hot dogs into buns and serve immediately.
