- 4 Sugardale Hot Dogs
- 4 large (10”) flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp. Butter, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the hotdogs until slightly browned and set aside.
- Generously butter one side of each tortilla. Cover the other side with ¼ cup cheese each.
- Cook quesadillas over medium heat until warm throughout and cheese is melted, about 5-8 minutes. Once cheese is melted, place a hot dog on one end and begin rolling the quesadilla around it with a pair of tongs.
- Allow the cheese to melt together for another minute. Remove from pan and serve.
