Salami Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Sugardale Salami
  • 1 lb. pasta
  • 6 oz. basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup feta

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to instructions on package.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, slice salami into ½ inch ribbons. In a medium pan over medium heat, add pesto, tomatoes, salami and mix until combined. Heat pesto for 5-7 minutes.
  3. When pasta is finished, add to warm pan and toss until coated.
  4. Serve warm topped with feta.
