Ingredients
- 8 oz. Sugardale Salami
- 1 lb. pasta
- 6 oz. basil pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ½ cup feta
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to instructions on package.
- While the pasta is cooking, slice salami into ½ inch ribbons. In a medium pan over medium heat, add pesto, tomatoes, salami and mix until combined. Heat pesto for 5-7 minutes.
- When pasta is finished, add to warm pan and toss until coated.
- Serve warm topped with feta.
