Ingredients
- 1 Sugardale Ham
- 1 - 12oz. jar red currant jelly
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. five spice powder
Directions
- Prepare Sugardale ham according to package instructions until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
- Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk over low heat until combined and warmed, about 10 minutes.
- Pour glaze over ham during last 20-30 minutes of cook time. Serve any remaining glaze with ham.
