Ingredients

  • 1 Sugardale Ham
  • 1 - 12oz. jar red currant jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. five spice powder

Directions

  1. Prepare Sugardale ham according to package instructions until internal temperature reaches 135°F.
  2. Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk over low heat until combined and warmed, about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour glaze over ham during last 20-30 minutes of cook time. Serve any remaining glaze with ham.
