- 1 lb. Sugardale Ham, cubed
- 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted
- ½ medium red onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onion
- Tear the rolls into ½ inch chunks, and place in a casserole dish. Pour the melted butter over the rolls and toss until completely coated.
- Add in the ham, onion, and jalapenos and mix until evenly distributed.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the rolls.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until completely set.
- Garnish with green onion and serve.
