- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 package Sugardale Hot Dogs
- Skewers
- Heat a waffle iron to medium heat. While the waffle iron heats, combine eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut hot dogs into halves.
- Place one hot dog half on each skewer.
- When the waffle iron is hot, pour enough batter to just cover the base of the bottom. Place the hot dog skewer in and cover just the hot dog with additional waffle batter.
- Close the waffle iron lid and cook until waffles look golden brown.
- Serve.
